Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in electronics;

2. Familiar with SMT production process and quality control points;

3. Proficient in the management process and methods of auxiliary materials such as solder paste and solder wire;

4. Familiar with the management process and method of fixture and fixture such as steel mesh, scraper, sleeve, etc. Familiar with the compilation of process documents and the production of standard working hours;

5. Familiar with the process and method of electronic component management;

6. Good process planning ability.
